Petr Kleisner 1878-1955

Petr Kleisner, younger brother of our grandfather Vaclav, is the ancestor of our Bratislava cousins. Though born in Ježovy, Petr moved to Vienna, Austria, at the turn of the century, likely because of his work as a bricklayer. He married Maria Merka in Vienna in 1905 and had five sons: Josef (b. 1905), Frantisek (1907), Ladislav (1909), Zdenek (1919) and Jaroslav (1921). Laurel met children and grandchildren of all but Zdenek in her 2019 visit to Bratislava.
