Laurel and Lowell’s Klaisner cousins in the US trace down from Vaclav Klaisner (1872-1952), their paternal grandfather. Vaclav and his wife Julia had five sons - Glenn, James, Edward, William (our father) and Frank, and one daughter Fannie Mae. They are together in the rare group photograph below, taken in the 1940s. All our US Klaisner cousins descend from Glenn and Frank.
